Elderly passengers are entitled to priority service.

You can request assistance when purchasing your ticket or by visiting GOL’s Online Customer Service, at least 48 hours in advance. Upon arriving at the airport, identify yourself to one of our employees.

If a senior passenger has a health issue and runs the risk of becoming ill during the flight, seek advice from a physician before the flight. The passenger must fill out and submit the MEDIF for evaluation by our medical team at least 48 hours before the flight.
