Inform your locator, CPF, Smiles number or ticket number (e-ticket) and the origin of your flight.
Now, choose the flight you want to check in to.
Select the passenger and confirm the data.

Ready! Just print your boarding pass at home or on our self-service totem and enjoy your trip.

To check in it is very important to know your locator number. This information is sent to your email and is also available on the GOL app or website (in the "My reservations" area). 1. Locator
Also known as reservation code, the locator is composed ofletters and numbers and identifies your ticket purchase. This code is essential for you to check-in, so please write down or print the receipt sent to your email so that you always have it at hand. You will also be able to easily access your locator through our app or website.
2. Personal data
Your ticket is nominal and non-transferable. You must present your boarding pass along with a personal photo ID.
3. Flight data
Identification of flight number, boarding gate and seat chosen at check-in.
4. Origin and destiny

5. Boarding time
This is the time you must show up at the departure gate.
6. Bar code
