How does the free internet bundle work on GOL flights?

As of July 1, 2022, all customers are entitled to the message package, free of charge. All you have to do is access the GOL Online portal from inside the aircraft and follow the instructions for releasing the package, and then just take the opportunity to catch up during the flights.

How many aircraft have a plug and USB in the seats?

Currently, 129 aircraft have a socket and/or USB in the seats.

I bought an internet bundle, but I had problems and could not use the service. How should I proceed?

In case of any eventuality when using the bundle (instability in the connection, double payment, among others):

Can internet packages be used on 2 devices simultaneously?

Simultaneous use is not allowed, however, it is possible to migrate from one device to another. It is not possible to use it in different segments if the passenger is connecting, in these cases, it is necessary to purchase a package per flight.

Do I need to download an app to play movies, series and live TV?

Do not. The GOL Online portal will work in your usual internet browser, and it is not necessary to download an application to use it.

When is it possible to buy internet packages? What payment methods are accepted?

On board our aircraft. It is not possible to purchase pre-flight packages currently. Payment can be made using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Elo credit cards. Cash payment is not accepted.

I subscribed to the monthly internet bundle on board, however, on one of my flights, internet was not available on the aircraft. How should I proceed?

In these cases, you will be refunded 20% of the subscription fee. Contact Intelsat through the channels below, describing the situation, so that the refund can be processed.
