GOL is aware of Anvisa's announcement, dated 08/17/22, about the end of the mandatory use of masks on flights, and will follow the guidelines of the regulatory agency according to the note published in the government official news website, “Diário Oficial The Company understands the update of the health protocol takes place at a time of widespread vaccination against Covid-19 in the country, which is positive for the resumption of air transport and aligning Brazil with other countries that already adopt the flexibility of masks use. Regarding the disembarking by rows, the practice has eased the flow of passengers and the Company will continue with it, respecting the recommendation of competent offices.
